Mortal Kombat Legends / Background and Lighting Design

You guys down with pen&ink style backgrounds?!!
I had an awesome time freelancing on the latest Mortal Kombat animation under the great Rick Morales, who let me go nuts on designs for this show.
I worked on background design, as well as developing the digital pen&ink look to the backgrounds. I also worked on a ton of Lighting concepts and the multitude of fatality moments throughout the show. Lots of fun.
