REBEL MOON / The Dreadnought

The Dreadnought for Rebel Moon! This design started with the great @eddiedelrioart early on the project, and then at the very end Zack wanted another pass on it to bring it in-line with the rest of the Imperium tech by that point.
This went through a couple rounds of quick sketches and then a couple days to finalize it for VFX hand-off, who's artists added another pass of polish and detail.
I was looking at a lot of 80s Japanese ships obviously, while trying to also blend it with some brutalist soviet elements. A fat space-submarine, haha 😂
